Refund policy

 

Please email info@firesell.ca to process your return. Include your order confirmation number.

  • Damages and Misrepresentation: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if it differs in quantity or form from what was advertised on the Firesell bid page for the product. Make sure to keep a paper trail of all the documents involved in the transactions if applicable: manifests, product photos, shipping confirmations, and any emails to and from Firesell and/or the original seller.

 

  • Products Never Arrived: If your products were never delivered you may file a claim for a refund. You must keep a paper trail of all of the documents involved in the transaction if applicable: shipping confirmation, emails to and from Firesell and/or the original seller, manifest(s), and an official letter from the carrier confirming that the shipment never took place. These documents will be used to cross-reference what we have collected on our end. Cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and refunds will be allocated accordingly at the discretion of Firesell's refund claim review process.

 

Refund Process: To start a refund request, you can contact us at info@firesell.ca. If your request is accepted and you have products on hand, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
